What data we collect
This website does not collect personal data by itself. The contact form does not send anything: it only prepares a message in the user’s email app, and the data only reaches us if that person decides to send the email.
When you email us, we process the data you include in your message: usually your name, your email address, your business or project and what you need.
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. We do not use it to send you advertising and we do not pass it on to third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent when you write to us and, when you ask for a proposal, taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Who else is involved
- Hostinger: provider of the [email protected] mailbox and of this website’s hosting.
- Cloudflare: DNS and content delivery network for the iabenidorm.com domain, through which connections to the website pass.
Like any web server, these providers may record technical connection data, such as IP addresses, for security and operational purposes, for as long as their own terms of service establish.
How long we keep it
Email enquiries that do not lead to a professional relationship are kept for an intended period of 12 months. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, the data will be kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the periods required by law.
There is currently no automatic deletion system: deletion when the period ends will be done manually. You can also ask us to delete your data sooner by writing to [email protected].
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to its processing and data portability, by writing to [email protected]. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es (opens in a new tab)).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, browser storage, analytics or advertising tools, and it does not load third-party resources: the typefaces and all files are served from the site itself. That is why it does not show a cookie banner. If this changes, this page will be updated and consent will be requested where necessary.
